Compas is looking for a Senior Specialist, Ad Tech Services to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the flawless execution and delivery of digital ad campaigns while partnering closely with internal teams and external vendors to drive exceptional client results.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Own the full lifecycle of digital ad campaigns, from trafficking and testing through launch, optimization, and quality assurance
  • Ensure all creative assets meet IAB specifications and platform requirements
  • Traffic and distribute ad tags to vendors on time, proactively identifying and resolving implementation issues
  • Collaborate with internal partners to resolve discrepancies across reporting, creative, and trafficking
  • Create and QA floodlight tags in Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) to ensure accurate tracking
  • Partner with Client and Media teams to ensure proper UTM implementation across tactics
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to internal and external ad servers
  • Coordinate with third‑party vendors, including programmatic platforms, ad verification partners, and survey vendors
  • Contribute to and help maintain Ad Serving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Serve as a knowledge resource for ad serving technologies, including ad verification, ad blocking, programmatic, dynamic creative, and cookie deprecation
  • Provide guidance and training to junior teammates, supporting their growth and development
  • Uphold and enforce processes to ensure consistent, high‑quality execution across teams

What You'll Bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital ad operations
  • At least 1 year of experience in a specialist‑level ad operations role
  • Strong understanding of ad tech fundamentals and digital advertising concepts
  • Working knowledge of Google Campaign Manager (GCM / CM360)
  • Experience working with multiple ad serving platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage tight deadlines, and juggle multiple projects
  • Proactive, self‑motivated approach with strong problem‑solving instincts
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong cross‑functional relationships
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
  • Customer‑centric mindset with a commitment to high‑quality service

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $50,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
